How long until I hear back about my application?
Most applications get a decision within a few business days. Crisis situations are prioritised — same-day if possible.
How will I know if I'm approved?
You'll get an email and the status updates in your my.credicare.asn.au account.
Can I update my application?
Yes — while it's still in draft. After you submit, contact us via support.
What if I disagree with the decision?
You can appeal a refusal directly from your account. Or via this form.
